About the project of building in Moscow a multifunctional
motorcycle complex.
1. Purpose of the project.
Rendering of assistance to development in
Russian Federation and its capital of technical, extreme kinds of sports, achievement of
the purposes and tasks of Olympic motion.
Creation of base for development in
Moscow of youthful sports and technical motion on the gratuitous basis
- Rendering of assistance to government bodies of
Moscow in creation in its territory of socially significant unique sports
structures
- Rendering of support to the national manufacturers of
motor-engineering in promotion of production in the internal and external markets.
2. Nature of the project.
Designing, building and input in
operating in Moscow of regional, and in the long term of all-Russian center of motorsports
- multifunctional motorcycle complex (MC).
3. Complex of planned
directions of activity of MC.
3.1. Sports
- Organization and realization of different categories of
national and international competitions on motorsports - annually up to 20 competitions,
including World championships on motocross
- Formation and operation of sports motorcycle club
consisting of:
- youthful sports school on motocross
- professional motorcycle command on motocross
3.2. Trade.
- Operation of permanent exhibition - sale of a full gamma
of production of the national motorcycles manufacturers - now 10-15 firms let out more
than 100 models of motorcycles
- Possible exhibition of samples of technics and
accessories of foreign corporations
3.3 Exhibition.
Organization and realization of the specialized
exhibitions on motorcycle, snowmobile, sports subjects.
3.4. Technical.
- Organization of technical services of national
motorcycles
- Participation in tests of samples of national motorcycles
3.5. Marketing.
3.6 Socially significant sports events.
3.7 Maintenance.
4. Technological
estimation of the project.
- The complex is situated in the territory
of Western administrative district of Moscow at the address: Michurinsky prospect,
near to possession 62, on the area in 20 hectares, and includes three double-storeyed
bricky buildings (administrative, technical, trade-exhibition - area 852, 759, 771 sq.m.
respectively), two tribunes on 30000 spectators, track for motocross of length 1500 m.,
park of the participants of competitions on the area ___ sq.m., parking place on the area
___ sq.m., and if it is necessary - sound-proof protection on perimeter of MC.
For a maximum pollution prevention of
soil and neighboring river Ochakovka the plan envisages the complex of measures
directed to protection of nature, including installation of sanitary-protective zone 20
metres wide near the river, and in the long term, if necessary, refining structures;
maximum preservation of existing green plantations and additional gardening, and also
installation, if necessary, disposal system of waste and sound-proof protection for noise
abatement from motor-engineering during competitions.
